We have been conducting a longitudinal study of our complete Right Beer system at The Precinct, Darwin NT. The CellarControl system was installed 29th November, 2017, on the same day we took the 4 beer samples and sent to Sydney for testing… the lines were due for cleaning the following day.

The venue had previously been cleaning the lines fortnightly using a single caustic cleaner… they are now cleaning every 6 weeks… with exceptional quality draught beer and annual savings of over $10k.

We have just completed the final testing of the beers and the results are excellent.. it validates our view that long term view of CellarControl and Maxi-Enzyme Beer Line Cleaner is the new benchmark on draught beer quality, whilst being safer and more profitable.
